Meet the Owner of Topdown Power Wash

Owner and general contractor Don Adair brings over 20 years of expertise in building, restoration, and maintaining various building materials. He has personally crafted and optimized our team's specialized equipment and methods to ensure exceptional results.

Don started Topdown Power Wash (formerly Top Down Building Contracting) in March of 2017 after a long career that included owning a roofing company and maintaining properties for one of the largest property management companies in Sacramento. Don has more than twenty years of working with homeowners and management companies and really enjoys getting to know his clients. He is known for his friendly personality and dedication to his client’s happiness with his work.

Don lives in Columbia with his lovely wife, Tina. They are the parents of four grown children and have four grandchildren. When he is not serving his customers, Don enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.
